1. Salads - to me that is obvious but maybe not to others. The more non-starchy veggies you put on it (cauliflower, broccoli, tomato, carrot, celery) the more filled up you will be.
2. Grapes - they're high in "good" sugar but low in calories
3. Oranges - they take long to peel and and a long time to eat. You are able to recognize when you're full because it takes longer to eat and digest. They're only 48 calories.
4. Potatoes - if they're boiled or mashed without adding any fatty ingredients. White and red are less calories than sweet but sweet are more nutritious.
5. High fiber cereal - helps get your insides moving and get out waste
6. Grapefruit - eating 1/2 of one for whatever reason helps with weight loss!!!
7. Cinnamon - it helps control your insulin level and satiates your appetite
