Vacation: Day 3-

The weather was chillier than expected, but hey, it wasn't snowed!  I started my day by walking in the treadmill and doing a recumbent bike in the fitness center at the hotel.  The equipment is older, but it works.  I feel great when I start my day by doing something that benefits me.  Also I've been eating way more desserts than I'm used to and it makes me feel less like a slug.

We went to Seaworld and walked all day and walked all day.  It was fun and just nice to have adult time together.  We have 4 kids under the age of 9 and a sixteen year old all together.  Life/social/school/work demands at home can get you running so fast all the time…it’s nice to slow down and remember why you choose to be with your mate.

Wine and filet mignon again.  More ounces than I would ever eat at home and damn, I wish I had told them not to bring the bread basket!  At home I have A LOT more willpower.
